missingWrote a review on Nov 24canal viewferry accessmaintenance issues
The view from the room offers a fantastic canal perspective, perfect for mornings with a coffee. Proximity to the S.Samuel ferry stop makes transportation straightforward when it’s running.
Several maintenance issues popped up, like an air conditioning unit that struggled to keep the room cool, leading to discomfort. the shower head had a loose bracket, making it tricky to adjust. Access to the room didn’t start until 3 PM, which is quite inflexible, especially if you arrive earlier. A lack of basic supplies—like extra coffee pods and shampoo—felt underwhelming for a prolonged stay.

The big common area with canal views was great for relaxing with friends. Plus, the water bus stop outside made exploring super easy! 😍

this place had the nerve to keep me waiting for a check-in code, which I never received, not to mention the air conditioning leaked and had mold. honestly, i almost considered a good review—but let’s be real, where was my complimentary upgrade? i expected better from such a scenic location, yet they managed to disappoint.

incredible location, nice canal views, spacious room
The air conditioning didn’t cool properly!!! Shower left much to be desired, with poor drainage and mold issues!!! Kitchenette restrictions are absurd given all the appliances provided!!! Prepare for a sweat-filled night if you dislike warm rooms!!!

Had a blast with my friends! The view from our room was unbeatable. We loved exploring the area and even hopped on a gondola. The common area was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the location made it easy to find great food nearby. Definitely recommend for a fun group trip!
We did face an issue with the air conditioning not cooling properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night. That said, we managed.

The location was incredible, right on the grand canal, making it easy to explore the city. The spacious suite provided ample room for our group and had a charming garden view that enhanced our stay. We appreciated the freedom to come and go as we pleased, contributing to a more relaxed atmosphere.
There were some minor discomforts in the room that could use improvement.

Amazing spot by the canal!
The location was unbeatable, right by the Grand Canal! We could hop on a gondola or grab gelato in seconds. The beds were comfy, but the noise from the street made it tough to sleep sometimes. Enjoyed the cozy coffee corner in the common area—perfect for morning sips while gazing at the canal vibes.

Family with children suitable
The view from our junior suite was mind-blowing, overlooking the Grand Canal while sipping coffee from the Nespresso machine made mornings spectacular. we had a cozy little corner to unwind after a day of exploring, with the large windows letting in all that beautiful light.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still a reasonable price for what we got.

The spacious junior suite was a delightful retreat, featuring stunning furniture and a view that truly elevated the ambiance. Fantastic Grand Canal Views
We loved our stay in the Junior Suite, where we could enjoy amazing views of the Grand Canal. the large windows were perfect for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Plus, having a coffee maker in the room made our mornings even better! the lack of direct communication for check-in was stressful, as we struggled with accessing the building at first.
